EVCircle Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EVCircle. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EVCircle mobile application (the “App”), which connects electric vehicle (EV) owners with charging station providers (“sellers”). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old to use the App.
• By using the App, you confirm that all registration details you provide are accurate and up to date.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.
• You agree to notify EVCircle immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services Provided

• EV owners can search, find, and book nearby charging stations.
• Charger owners (sellers) can list their charging points and manage bookings via the App.
• EVCircle facilitates the connection between users and sellers but does not own or operate the chargers.

4. User Responsibilities

• As an EV owner, you agree to use chargers responsibly. You acknowledge that EVCircle, the App, and charger owners are not liable for any damage to your vehicle during charging.
• As a seller, you agree to maintain your equipment and accept that you are responsible for any charger-related damage. EVCircle is not liable for damages arising from equipment failure or misuse.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments for subscriptions and bookings are processed via a secure third-party payment gateway.
• EVCircle does not store your credit or debit card information.
• No refunds will be issued once a payment is confirmed. Please check your subscription plan before confirming.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Users must not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the App.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts without authorization.

7. Data Privacy

EVCircle respects your privacy. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• You may request correction or deletion of your data by contacting our support team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and features in the App are the property of EVCircle and may not be used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App, and continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
