If you register as a seller on EVCircle, you agree that you are responsible for any damage to chargers during the charging process. EVCircle and the App are not responsible for any damage.

Payment Information

We do not store or process your credit/debit card details. If you register as a charger owner (seller), you must subscribe to a plan and pay using your card through a secure payment gateway. We do not store your card details; all payment processing is handled by a trusted and reputed payment provider.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the App and your app activity to improve our services.
